Episcopal encourages all families
to maintain a file of the following records if you and
your
family need to evacuate Baton Rouge:
- Most recent report card
- Most recent standardized test
scores (ERB, ACT, SAT, PSAT)
- Immunization records
- Health record signed by a physician
within the previous 12 months
- Copy of child’s current
schedule (Middle School and Upper School)
- Copy of child's transcript printed from NetClassroom
Episcopal is not in a position to photocopy these records
for the large number of families that attend the school,
so it will be important for you to maintain this emergency
file for your children as they progress through the school.
