*IMPORTANT NOTE:
We are still missing a number of students' birth certificates, current physicals, and a few immunization records. Please turn these in to our school nurse ASAP to update your child's medical records. Thank you.

Scheduling conferences:
Parents, we welcome the scheduling of conferences with our Division Head, counselors, or teachers whenever you have questions or concerns about your child’s progress. Please schedule conferences in advance. You may contact individuals directly through their voice mailboxes or e-mail accounts. Dana Heuvel also will be happy to help you with scheduling. Any time you visit campus, please come to the Middle School office to check in and receive a visitor’s pass. It is not appropriate to visit the teachers’ classrooms for unscheduled conferences. Our teachers have busy days and need to be focused on their students during class and duty times. Scheduling in advance will enable them to give you their full attention.

Reporting absences:
Parents of students who will be absent from school should call the middle school office (ext. 1122) to report the absence by 9:00 a.m. or you may send an email to heuveld@ehsbr.org

Homework assignments for students who are absent:
Students who miss school should check their teachers' web sites for homework assignments. If you cannot retrieve a form that is needed to complete your homework, please contact your teacher directly through email or review your teacher's assignment policy on handouts.

Lost and found items:
Check out our lost and found closet, which is located in the middle school office, for lost fleeces, sweatshirts, books, or any other valuables that you may be missing.
