Episcopal art teacher Ethel Manno earned the Kenneth Tullos Appreciation Award for Outstanding Art Teacher, given by the Downtown Kiwanis Club at its annual art show and pancake breakfast on Nov. 12.

The award is given annually to an art teacher from the five-parish Baton Rouge area who has consistently participated in the Kiwanis Art Show and whose students’ artworks demonstrate a high degree of skill and creativity.
