For the fourth year in a row, Episcopal won the Southern Quality Ford Cup for Class 2A, which recognizes the school with the most outstanding overall athletic program in Louisiana.

Four Episcopal teams earned state championships during the 2005-2006 school year: boys and girls cross country, volleyball and boys tennis.

Episcopal earned 400 points in the Southern Quality Ford Cup standings, more points than any other school in any class.

The Southern Quality Ford Cup’s purpose is to encourage schools to develop a variety of sports programs that increase student participation and expose them to the many positives that high school athletic participation offers.
