Seventh- and eighth-graders in Episcopal’s Exploring Video Technology class earned awards in “Get Reel @ Your Library,” the first Jones Creek Film Festival.

Caroline Ainsworth, Elizabeth Cooper, Connor Glisson, Sebastian Schexnayder and Ashley Willis won “Best Sound, Music and Sound Effects” for their film, “Love Overseas.”

Maddy Perrault, Elena Roman and Susan Smither won “Best Costume, Setting and Props” for their film, “Sleepover.”

Also featured in the film festival was “Tuesday Knight Football” by Ryan Hoff, Josh Neal, Nathan Ross, Morgan Rushing and Garrett Simpson.

The class is taught by Michelle Chenevert.
