Three Episcopal teachers earned certification from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards this year, the most of any private school in Louisiana.

They are second-grade teacher Renee Crousillac, sixth-grade science teacher Dawn Perret and Upper School social studies and religion teacher Emmitt Glynn.

Episcopal teachers previously earning their National Board certification are Middle School English teacher Martha Guarisco, Latin teacher Nathalie Roy, French teachers Louise Stowell and Lynn Baudrand-Aertker, Middle School mathematics teacher Pam Goodner, Upper School mathematics teacher Kay Fenton, Upper School science teacher Babs Stapleton and Spanish teacher Georgina Lemoine.
